2020 Fashion Revamp

With the new year starting, and the first month almost being over; I think it’s a great time to revamp your closet. You know what they say, “New Year, New Me.” But in all seriousness, I really do think it’s a great time to clean out your closet. Look through your summer clothes and pick what you still like and what you don’t either sell it or donate it. Do the same with your winter clothes.

After doing this, you should probably have some more space for NEW clothing. Here I will list some of my favorite items that I have been loving lately, and feel like everyone should try out.

Printed Short Sleeve Button Down Shirts

These types of shirts have been my favorite for a bit now. They are very comfortable to wear. They are loose so they do not feel tight against the body. They are also so cool! I love the prints that these shirts have. They’re so cool and interesting! If you want shirts like those, I suggest going to Urban Outfitters; there is where I bought the bottom two shirts (lol). You can also try going to a thrift store. 9/10 times you will find a patterned short sleeve button down. These shirts are very versatile. You can dress them up by wearing some dress pants and some Oxfords or you can dress them down by wearing some ripped jeans and some vans.

Furry Sweaters

Literally my FAVORITE item of clothing. These are so comfortable to wear. They are also super cozy. You can either wear one when going out or just wear one to go to sleep. (10/10 recommended sleeping with the pink furry sweater on the bottom left you’ll be nice and warm all night; I own it and purchased it at H&M) You can wear literally anywhere and anything with them, get super comfy by pairing it with some sweats or a something casual with some jeans. You can buy these at regular clothing stores, you can try going to a thrift and finding them but it might be hard.

Loose Pants/Jeans

For the past year or two I have been shifting from Skinny jeans to more loose fit type of jeans. I, in general, like to dress for comfortability and these types of pants are IT! Super comfy and just great. I would recommend a pair like the ones in the top two corners. (Again, I personally own those pairs and love them. Bought them at UO as well.) You can either go to a store or also go to a thrift shop since a lot of the jeans at thrift shops are loose fit jeans. These pants are versatile again. You can dress them up with a button up or dress them down with just a t-shirt.

Boots

I love wearing boots. They are comfortable. They can be worn with almost anything and look good if you style it well. I always recommend people to get a pair of boots when they say they need new shoes. (AGAIN, Sorry, I own both pairs of these shoes and love them, I also bought these at UO)

Hope you guys get a little inspo on the couple of things that I love and add your own personal twist to it. If you have any items you love let me know in the comments. 🙂
