Now that summer is coming to an end and nights start to feel more chilly, the time has come for new fashion. Although, Autumn doesn’t officially start until September 23, it is okay if we get a little ahead and start getting new wardrobes for the coming Seasons. In this post I will talk about trends I saw throughout various catwalks for the Fall and Winter of 2019.
.1) Blue (Jean) Dream
A trend that was for Spring and Summer of 2019 is here to stay for the rest of the year. For both men and women a pair of blue light wash jeans will be in style for the coming seasons. Personally, I love this because I love a pair of blue light wash jeans. They’re my favorite.
.2) Comfy Cozy
No matter the type of knit it is, for the upcoming late 2019 and early 2020 the knit sweaters are in. Stay comfy and cozy, while still being fashionable.
.3) Furry Jackets
I mean… DUH! You have to have a jacket for the winter. Especially if you live in a region that gets very cold. I live in Chicago and get days where it can sometimes get to -20 degrees. Whether you actually want to stay warm or just look stylish a furry jacket is the way to go this coming season.
.4) Matchy Matchy
Go for it! Just wear one print all over! These upcoming seasons is the time for you to try it out!
.5) Monochrome
I think this is a bold trend because not everybody can pull it off. BUT, if you wear it with confidence you can pull ANYTHING off!
.6) Pop of Color
This is an alternative to the monochromatic look. Like I stated before not everyone can pull off a look with all one color. Or maybe you’re just not their in your fashion evolution yet. Till the time that you do actually feel comfortable wearing all one color try this trend instead. Pick a color and make it the stand out piece in your outfit, whether it be pants, a shirt or a dress.
.7) (Wo)Men in Black
Sleek and Sophisticated. Throw on an all black suit and you are good to go for the upcoming seasons. Although it is on the safer side of fashion; it’s a fashion choice that is classic and never goes out of style.
.8) Suit Up
Throughout many of the shows a trend that I saw for both men and women were suits. This coming fall and winter get yourself a suit. Again, it’s classic and never goes out of style.
.9) Leather Look
Look like a bad ass during the holiday seasons with this trend. Another all black look, but then again you can never go wrong with all black.
.10) Layers
This trend will definitely keep you warm. Layer it up to stay warm and stylish this autumn and winter.
