As an avid tea drinker, I always like to recommend people chamomile tea when they ask me for suggestions on what teas are good. I, personally, like the taste of it. It taste very soft, and DUH, warm. But I also love the smell of it. It’s subtle, but very present; delicate and comforting.
I then determined myself to do a bit of research and find out if there were any benefits to drinking this tea. To my surprise there were a good amount of benefits that come from consuming this drink. After reading a couple of articles from various publications, I decided to pick out five of the many benefits that come from drinking chamomile tea.
